Lantian Jutai has officially delivered marine environmental simulation equipment to a state-owned enterprise under China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) specializing in bridge construction. This CRCC subsidiary operates across two core business tracks — intelligent construction and intelligent equipment. Its key laboratory for prefabricated bridge technologies conducts research spanning intelligent construction equipment, deep-water and offshore bridge construction, smart operation and maintenance, steel structure intelligent manufacturing, high-performance concrete, digital construction, and AI applications, making it one of the leading enterprises in China's bridge construction industry.
Coastal and sea-crossing bridges operate under harsh conditions, enduring prolonged exposure to seawater erosion, salt spray attack, and drastic temperature and humidity fluctuations. The durability of core materials such as steel structures and high-performance concrete directly impacts the long-term safety and service life of these bridges. When conducting related research, the laboratory requires material durability testing under realistic marine conditions. Conventional test equipment can only simulate single environmental factors — unable to replicate the complexity of real marine environments or capture the coupled erosion effects of multiple environmental stresses on bridge infrastructure. The resulting test data deviates significantly from actual engineering conditions, limiting its value for subsequent R&D and practical deployment.
With the deployment of Lantian Jutai's marine environmental simulation equipment, the laboratory now has access to an integrated marine environmental simulation test platform, eliminating the cumbersome process of switching between multiple devices and running separate tests for different scenarios. The equipment enables precise setting of key parameters including salt spray deposition rate, rainfall intensity, wave impact cycle, tidal water level variation, and UV irradiance, fully recreating the dynamic erosion scenarios of marine and coastal environments. It reproduces the coupled effects of multiple factors — salt spray corrosion, high-humidity conditions, temperature and humidity cycling, and biological fouling. Equipped with an intelligent visual control system and high-definition observation windows, the system allows real-time tracking of parameter changes and detailed monitoring of test conditions throughout the process. Lantian Jutai's technical team provided end-to-end support for equipment commissioning and parameter calibration, adjusting operating modes to align with the laboratory's actual testing workflow, ensuring the equipment was deployed in optimal condition.

As the number of sea-crossing and coastal bridge projects continues to grow, R&D institutions are increasing their investment in intelligent bridge construction and long-term protection. Lantian Jutai's marine environmental simulation equipment has completed commissioning and initial material testing, not only providing reliable data support for bridge material selection, structural optimization design, and construction process improvement, but also establishing an experimental platform for active protection research on building materials against harsh marine environmental erosion.
