Beijing LANTK Shines at the 11th International Forum on Marine Corrosion and Fouling Control & Conference on Marine Key Materials!

2026-09-04

On April 9, 2026, the 11th International Forum on Marine Corrosion and Fouling Control and Conference on Marine Key Materials officially opened in Qingdao. The conference was co-organized by the National Key Laboratory of Marine Key Materials, together with the Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ocean University of China, and the No. 725 Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, along with several other national research institutions and leading universities. Participants engaged in in-depth exchanges on global marine equipment anti-corrosion and anti-fouling technologies, key materials R&D, and industrial applications, sharing transformative technological achievements to drive high-quality development of the marine new quality productive forces.

Beijing LANTK presented its Marine Environment Simulation Test Chamber at the event, joining hundreds of experts and industry representatives from marine engineering, offshore oil and gas, offshore communications, and shipbuilding to explore protection solutions for marine equipment and materials under extreme environments.

As the marine power strategy advances, China's deep-sea development, offshore wind power, and other marine industries are entering a phase of rapid growth. The extreme marine environment - high salinity, high humidity, strong corrosion, and biofouling - remains a core pain point constraining the long-term safe service of marine engineering and a key focus of industry technology. The Marine Environment Simulation Test Chamber exhibited by LANTK simulates the dynamic, complex environments of the ocean and coastal areas, reproducing the coupled effects of salt attack, high humidity, temperature variation, and biofouling through parameters such as salt spray, rain, wave impact, tides, and UV radiation. The equipment supports automated program control, unattended operation, real-time data upload, and remote monitoring, converting complex natural corrosion processes into quantifiable, programmable intelligent test procedures that provide stable, reliable equipment support for anti-corrosion material R&D and performance validation.

Beyond marine environment simulation, the company's products cover extreme operating-condition simulation testing across multiple sectors, including aerospace, transportation, electronic components, civil engineering, photovoltaic energy storage, semiconductors, and the military.

Flagship products include intelligent extreme environment simulation systems, marine environment simulation systems, high-altitude climate simulation systems, vacuum environment simulation systems, corrosive gas/environment simulation systems, comprehensive environment simulation systems, and twin environment simulation systems. Custom multi-scenario coupled simulation equipment can be developed according to industry test standards and R&D requirements.

During the expo, the LANTK booth received continuous visits from attendees, who engaged with our technical team on core technical issues such as parameter accuracy and experimental repeatability in marine multi-environment coupled simulation, and also inquired specifically about custom development lead times for adapting equipment to existing R&D and testing systems.

Beijing LANTK specializes in reliability test system research and high-end climatic environment simulation equipment, providing full-lifecycle customized solutions for customers across different segments to effectively address the pain points of material environmental reliability testing and engineering protection. The company has successfully built environmental simulation laboratories and application systems for universities and research institutions including Wuhan University of Technology, Hunan University, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group.
